Sharon Cuneta shares that the rumors surrounding KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual are “all lies.”
The internet is on a frenzy as of late as rumors spread that KC Concepcion rekindled a romance with her old flame, Piolo Pascual.
However, the rumors were immediately shut down by KC's mother, Sharon Cuneta.
On Instagram, the 54-year-old singer posted a video of Piolo and wrote in the caption, “Lots of stuff has been coming out on several social media platforms about this boy, my eldest, me. All lies.
“I do not know what is or has been going on. No one tells me and I don't ask.”
The Megastar added that Piolo has become one of her closest friends in the industry and she has nothing but respect for him as an actor.
“We have become friends over the years, talked about life and work.
“His son, Iñigo, has been nothing but respectful and sweet to me. I do not and will not have a problem with Piolo at all in any area of my life or our family.
“I love you, PJ. Thank you for the love, respect, and friendship. God bless you always.”
The singer also shed light on the issue by responding to a few comments made by her fans.
One netizen asked, “How true po na ikakasal daw sila? Madami news sa social media!”
Sharon responded, “Wala rin akong kaalam-alam. As God is my witness.”

KC Concepcion and Piolo Pascual confirmed that they are together in 2010 after the former revealed that the actor courted her on and off.
The two celebrities broke up in November 2011.
